What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actively seek feedback and what to hear new ideas, better ways to do things, and enhancements to current processes. They are transparent and engage with employees at all levels.

In general, leadership does a great job of motivating through positivity and incentives. They push you, but they also seem to be open to feedback on how things can be done better. My manager specifically has always had my back and always offers friendly and helpful support.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say it's unlimited PTO and the ability to work from anywhere.

We are highly collaborative and work well as a team. We trust each other to handle our particular responsibilities and ask for help when needed.

We enjoy working together - we have a truly global environment and I'm always interested in learning more from my coworkers who live in other countries.

The culture and environment are second to none. Everyone is so approachable and the opportunities to meet up with colleagues globally are fantastic. There is a strong culture of acknowledging employees for their work/ideas/dedication which is great.
