We feel like the backbone of the company and feel like we stretch ourselves so far - and are not compensated enough for the amount of work we handle

Even as a remote worker, I dont feel like I'm out on an island. We can chat like we are in the office/family and still be able to finish the job as a team. We all understand and are sometimes a sounding board for each others lives.

Even thought I am remote, my co-workers and I can still relate to the work since it is challenging work.

The freedom to have creative ideas to add to the app. The freedom of truly having time with family, so a true work life balance. The freedom of choosing if I want to go in office. The monthly get together for team building (havent done one yet but they are coming).

What makes you most happy at work?
The no micromanaging atmosphere and freedom to get the work done any time of the day! Allows for flexibility with scheduling doctor's appointments.

When the app is working and the customers books are consistant, clean and accurate. Being remote, its kinda hard to be sad because I can go get a cip of coffee without feeling like big brother is breathing down my throat.
