Nice if they didn't cut associate hours to hire on more. Im all for hiring but why can't they just keep what is working and not cut associates hours from 30 wk to just 6 a week? Maybe they can fix that. There are many associates that got cut and they really need the 30 hours a week to live. TY

Store manager needs to stop micromanaging the Grocery leaders, and my bosses need to learn to work together instead of fighting each other on every turn.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Publix is expanding way to fast, circa Starbucks too fast. Our DC’s can barely handle the expansion and we have associates at stores getting 0 hours per week due to over projecting new store’s sales. Public needs to calm down and be more strategic about growth.
