What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great health care coverage, eyes, dental, and the 401k matching is great. I and my team are some of the highest paid workers that I know of in any industry.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are people who work hard and have integrity. It is like being part of a high performing sports team where everybody supports one-another, cares about each other, but also works hard to ensure the team is highly successful!

What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who push me to be better and are constantly growing. The training is great. The upward mobility and rewarding compensation create much well being. The people I work with and their attitudes, values, and focus create an environment that keeps me feeling positive every day.
