What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ranstad is a staffing company. I cannot speak for the corporation specifically, but at my current work assignment, my project manager is horrible. He actively undermines the rest of the management staff rendering them ineffective.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Insurance is very reasonable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting compensated for all the other training I did in other departments, getting hired permantly and getting a raise after being here for almost 1 year and doing a great job! Offering me incentive like PTO or something.

Being a part time seasonal temp employee, I am not eligible for full time benefits. In addition, my wage is drastically lower than what a full time position elsewhere would offer commensurate to my 20yr+ experience. It would be a dream to get a healthy raise!

We have our separate stations and our primary duties require is to work independently, but as a whole, we cooperate as a machine, cranking out completed work to be sent to the next department.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is the main thing. I wanted to be kept in the loop and not just get an email when your assignment ends saying that they will be in touch whenever comes available. Have a gameplan for me and put something into action.

It was not your typical questions , questions, questions. It was more related to the position and straight to the point, more on the relaxed side too.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with other employees, vendors and clients who are in the building or come in. Being able to do what I need to do without being micromanaged, a lot less stressful.

I am an expert level Data Entry keyer contracted to a bank to process incoming payments for their biggest client. I absolutely love to key. My "cruising speed" is 15000ksph average. If I push hard, 17500. Requirement is only 7000. Some ladies call me "Jet" because I'm so fast. Ha-Ha!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Really it comes down to a lack or organization and everything seems thrown together at the last minute in some desperation to try and get something done.
