Family atmosphere, we have eachothers backs. Results are more important than egos. The people always come first.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definitely do not feel undervalued, rather still behind the bell curve for my position and salary. The benefits are absolutely horrible though. 98% of our workforce cannot afford the family plans that are available. The individual plan is decent however again, most employees can't afford it.

we are family, no matter the task we band together to make things happen and are successful doing so

I've worked really really hard on the team here. Camaraderie, trust and involvement are at an all time high. We're still very young, and very inexperienced, but that will only develop with time and more work coming our way. the team is bought in and ready to do whatever we need

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, we go out of our way to make the environment sustainable for long term success for our agents. The agents job is not glorious, its gritty and tough. We do what we can to make the environment around them keep their mindset on the phone positive and helpful

Better atmosphere from leadership. More incentive to employees that work hard.

Conversational way of asking questions

its been 10 years, the process has changed a ton. I think that panel interviews aren't helping our ability to get the best talent. We should individualize. I also think the operations team should be more involved.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see the impact we have as an employer on our people. We are given the opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of our employees. Most of them need help establishing basic life skills and we give them the stability and security to get their lives in order.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to take in consideration of their employees. Hardworking employees are overlooked for fraternizing. Opportunities for employees are overlooked if you are not in the in crowd.
