Most of the time they're very fair almost everyone has a great attitude. But most employees feel unappreciated when they go out of their way to pick up food at other stores, clean things work extra when asked! Then small things happen and get berated!

This pointless endless takes away the focus on customers who want an actual meal, lobster, crab, salmon. Many servers in my store are leaving red lobster because of this ridiculous everyday battle we go through.

I worked 60+ hours weekly. Abusing my health abusing my time! When I requested a few days off a week i was denied over and over!!! I watched them allow others to take a week off if they wanted too!! They made me work shifts that others didnt want to work!!!
