The GEO Group: The traing is well rounded. They could spend more time on defensive tacktics to better prepare new employees for the environment. They would decrease the turnover rate by increasing the defensive tacktic training, increasing hourly pay, and decreasing the amount employee pays for health ins.

Chick-fil-A: The leadership teams needs to get better at applying set standard and expectations they have to all the team members and not just only certain team members. They need to focus on trying to remain fair to all team members and not target certain people.
Google: For me Google is a fast paced place to work with no real mandate as to what you need to do, but a lot of pressure to do things that are considered high impact by your VP. You can learn a lot and have infinite resources to do so, but in the end showing results is the main job you have.

She would also get rude &snappy with her employees & even one time she was gonna fight a customer for getting loud & aggressive with her instead of handling the right way.

Bath & Body Works: Everyone is really welcoming and the managers always make sure you get the help you may need. Everyone is so nice they love to talk to the new people and make jokes with each other. If you have to ask someone to cover they are usually understanding if you call out.

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores: Be careful if you work 45 hours a week at my store you only get paid for 40. The more you do the less you're recognized.

Winn Dixie Stores: They are very unfair to people who have any years with them. Excluding them from raises the entire store gets if you have worked their for any munber of years.

Rogers Communications: Reduce prices, strengthen the network infrastructure so it is constantly dropping.
T-Mobile: Follow through on promises that are never done

Safelite AutoGlass: Unclear policies on reimbursement for damage.
WinCo: You get minimum wage (or slightly above if you can stomach being around long enough) for doing genuinely hard work, cant call out sick more than four times a year. On top of no benefits if you work less than 25 hours a week.
Foundever: I like that they have access to work at home, that we are a team and that we can seek our personal growth at the same time that we strive to be experts in the knowledge of the app that we serve Cash App the #1!
Camping World: Our managers dont care about anything but their own pockets
Dennys: If they paid a living wage or did raises for people who have shown dedicated and loyalty or if I got paid as much as my male peers and didn't constantly passed up for promotions. They hire people who know nothing about the company and wonder why there are problems and there aren't any benefits.

Sonic Drive-In: Teamwork, the leadership team at my store was sorely lacking in teamwork
Stop & Shop: Difficult schedule with no weekends off, company moving to eliminate extra pay for worked Sundays, culture is affirming and supportive, pay is fair, but senior leadership above store level is slow to adopt new strategies and technologies and rarely understand the ones they do. Better than average.
