Clearly there is extreme miscommunication in the company, and or forethought in general if they are wanting true experience transparency, but the only questions asked are about your interview process

Circle K: Everything is the best thing you can look for in a work place exept the people. Ive been having a problem with a co-worker and ive talked to my manager about it and she has yet to do anything.

Chipotle: Undervalued and underpaid. Consistently considered the "night AP" because ours doesn't do it. Many people don't listen and don't work
7-Eleven: Overall experience is amazing, the only problem is the employees that do the most work do not get noticed and the employees that do no work at all don't get reprimanded. And the employees who show up for work and do their job always end up with the least amount of hours on the schedule.
Walmart: Everyone just wants to get in and get out

Amazon: The company moves fast, they really value diversity and respect it, the company moved through the Leadership Pincipals (LP), however lately the massive growth, the changes in leadership and the many security restrictions have made the culture walk away from our customer obsessed culture.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I am happy! I work with people that I enjoy. Corporate staff is engaging (thought overworked and at times difficult to contact) but it is definitely a hospitality company filled with people who love what they do.

Wendy's: Better pay makes for happier employees who don't leave when they are mistreated. The turn over rate is so high because why not when you don't get paid much and get treated like garbage to boot.

MAC Cosmetics: More gratis (we used to get more but it was scaled back), give us our benefits back (even just dental would be great) and the new 2% commission structure is appalling.

Some places offer great opportunities for personal development and growth while others require constant "fire fighting" to just get through the day. Overall, I have been positively challenged to grow.
