when I first started working there it was a decent company. In the 5 years I worked there it got increasingly worse. In that 5 years there were 3 layoffs announced. meeting expectations were not explained on how to meet. I am so glad I left when I did

the work is study and very fast paced
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Medical and dental continued to out pace our compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor was the best and I felt she really cared about us
