I'm happy with the company and the benefits. I just hope that they consider giving a raise to agents that perform well and a little commendation for their hard work.

What makes you most happy at work?
I work on my safe place. Which is at home
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like best about the leadership team is that they always have a back up plan if the timing is not right for some things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing my best for a year now and since I became an employee I never felt that I have been compensated right. Every month I always try to be the best agent and make sure I dont let my team down, but I still don't qualify for any incentive.
