What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Employees here in Chateau Ridiculous feel undervalued and not empowered within a strong culture. Leaders do not prioritize work-life balance, have no positive attitude, and have no mutual respect with employees who can actively encourage employees to feel empowered to do their best work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We focus on goals and results. We communicate well with each other. We offer each other support. Everyone contributes their fair share, organized and team members are diverse. Having mutual respect, common and aligned goals, open communication, and patience can all help make for a successful team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

None, the leadership team here in Chateau Ridiculous is most terrible than at any time in recent memory. I've been here for 7 yrs already and my experience was truly awful. Their decision-making towards transferring the agents to different lines of business was truly absurd. Core values were a mess.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

7 years of working in the company and there was no loyalty award or any bonuses or additional compensation or salary increase since then. It is difficult to get a pay raise. There is no automatic pay raise for tenure agents who stayed here for more than 6 yrs. Sadly our economy has raised everything
