The company moves fast, they really value diversity and respect it, the company moved through the Leadership Pincipals (LP), however lately the massive growth, the changes in leadership and the many security restrictions have made the culture walk away from our customer obsessed culture.

People was very respectful, welcoming snd made me feel quite comfortable!

Smart people, energized, different backgrounds everyones contributes differently, reachable and humble of ehat they know and whst they dont, not afraid to ask, or being challenged
What makes you most happy at work?
Solve complex problems with all this smart people that I can learn from! And how much diversity equity andn inclusionn topics, engagement, trainings, speakers, Affinity Groups and events happens EVERY DAY!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently do the job of four people being like this for 8 mths, which is unsustainable, my same level make 30k to 40k more a year in other areas inside the company .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company truly lives by the Leadership Principals. They empower you and help building a culture of delivering results with high standars while develop talent. Skills are cross functional so you can grow anywhere and do whatever roll you want. Sky is the limit!
