Building and maintaining trust with employees. Tenured hires quickly find roles at competing companies due to lack of upwards mobility, and burnout culture at Amazon. Show associates the long term value of their contributions, don't be short sighted to only focus on the next 3 month outlook.

They do pay $15 minimum wage but considering Amazon’s success and the money they making the minimum wage should be at least $17.50 for warehouses workers. Its better to give employees $2.50 more

Supervisors and ambassadors do not care about us workers. They only have their selected favorites.

A bonus for those who show up and work thier schedule. Many will work the 4am-8am shift because its $3 more per hour but wont show up for the regular shift they are scheduled for. Show appreciation for the hard dedicated workers

Coming back on time from breaks and lunch. Actually working instead of water spiders doing all the lifting or cherry picking cages and leaving heavy ones.

My coworkers need to actually do their jobs. They say there’s a TOT tracker yet almost every 10-11 hour shift I work, I see the same handful of employees just strolling around the floors. People who are supposed to be doing something on the computer

Director level leadership often only focus on this year's outlook and therefore make brash decisions based on short term gains. Employees frequently burnout from the 180 degree changes in direction each month. While some churn is expected, reacting brashly to each change in the wind is inefficient

The virtual communication team and the in-person team need to have better communication and be more coherent. Because one person was telling me something and then next person was telling me something completely different. It’s very hard to get a simple answer or solutions with everyone at A

Consistency is what's needed. Some teams have extremely high bars while other teams have extremely low bars. Forcing a volunteer group of "bar raisers" to police this puts the onus on goodwill and altruism and ineffectively hires good talent across the company. Needs better structure and strategy
