Coworkers can improve on acknowledging that Amazon works as a team and not just an individual. When everyone does there part properly work can be fun and work days move more quickly.

My coworkers are fine. I could work better together if our CEO would spend money updating our terribly slow computers, apps (FC research lol), our building roof constantly leaks getting product damaged, ect..

Rates are very competitive and the the risk of being written up or fired is always looming. Everyone is on edge if they think you have better product than they do and it creates a lot of tension.

MONEY... Really it's that simple. People wouldn't mind all the constant labor share, inconsistent workflow, annoying worthless projects, extremely worthless audits, the heat, (our AC units constantly going out) if we got paid decent.

Very poor manager training without any accountability. People are promoted to manager who lack the skills and incentives to manage.
