If my manager, co-workers and HR staff treated me this way outside the office I could have protection orders placed to prevent them from speaking and treating me the way that they do. There is no respect for those who are different-looking and for those who challenge the status quo.

Very poor manager training without any accountability. People are promoted to manager who lack the skills and incentives to manage.
