Compensation is great no complaints

Amazon gives stock rather than raises where possible. Annual raises are 1-3%, promotion raises capped at 30%. There are no other raises

Take more stock in the candidate's history, put less weight in following a particular interview method. Not all people handle anxiety or stress from interviewing well, but that doesn't mean they are not a solid fit for the position at hand.
