Baker Hughes: The legacy GE portion of the company is an extremely inward focused group. People are caught up with reporting upward as opposed to recognizing customers bring revenue. More time is used to prepare for internal meetings with leadership than external customer meetings.

Ricoh USA: When I started at Ricoh, it was a good company. As management changed, the company went downhill. You had to be a favorite to get promoted or be a yes person, which I'm not.
