IBM: I get to do meaningful work which is really important to me. However there is a lack of a culture that feels like Senior Leadership fully supports the DEI agenda and providing equitable support to all their employees when it feels like the topic could be "controversial".

IBM: IBM has been a wonderful place for my career. I started working here right after college and have been promoted four times. I took 6 months off after my daughter was born and then went part-time when she was diagnosed with autism and IBM helped me through those tough times by offering flexibility.
Concentrix: I have been able to bring my authentic self to work since day one. If I have an idea I have been able to bring that to life. I can learn, grow and develop and I have a number of different paths that I could go down development wise. I have been nurtured and supported by all of my managers.
IBM: I still can't believe I've been here over 20+ years. It's been a great company to work for, and I'm proud to say I bleed blue for IBM.

GE Vernova: Will take advantage if you allow. Work life balance is talked about at every meeting- however expectations to get 60hr+ work done each week is also there. The same reliable / hardworking resources getting burnt out. outside of resigning or having external offer no real actions to retain key talent

IBM: I'm here since more than 25 Years. Some Headhunters have tried to poach me. But they offer only more mony. They are not aware that a good team, People who help each other to get things done, are much more valuable!

IBM: Have had several job roles over the years with supporting managers along the way - each role allowed my skills, network and development grow

IBM: It used to be so much better, but lately management has gotten to far from the real work and don't know what actually is going on on the projects.

IBM: I have been with the company 35 years. As a female I believe I have been treated fairly and the same as a male employee. As a manager for 20 years there was never any discrepancy in treatment of males or females. This is what impresses me the most about IBM.
