I took 6 months off after my daughter was born and then went part-time when she was diagnosed with autism and IBM helped me through those tough times by offering flexibility.
Concentrix: I have been able to bring my authentic self to work since day one. If I have an idea I have been able to bring that to life. I can learn, grow and develop and I have a number of different paths that I could go down development wise. I have been nurtured and supported by all of my managers.
