Sunrun: overall i've loved working at sunrun. I've been here for over 4 years. The last year has been a big challenge. It feels like the culture has changed a lot and not for the better. It feels like the company is changing to be sales focused and I personally don't want to work in sales. The ops changes
Sunrun: I enjoyed working for this company before management changed in out department. Now everything is boring and no work-life balance is available like it was introduced when I started back a year ago.

Sunrun: The company as a whole obviously cares for every employee however you can tell the Higher ups (leadership) dont care about the people under them. They have made it to the "top" and dont care for the people trying to do the same.
Sunrun: more money, that is my incentive as is career advancement to earn more money

Gainwell Technologies: The job I accepted with unlimited PTO and holidays and a concern from the top down for "work/life" balance is not the reality of the situation at all. The company says unlimited PTO and 6 floating holidays but that isn't reality. I am also astounded how management berates employees in meetings

Conduent: Humana Seems Great its conduent that seems to be squeeing every last penny out of the Advocates that work for them.

Southwest Airlines: Their hospitality and above average customer service. We have never had a bad experience. Even when things are out of their control (flight delays or cancellations) they do whst they can to make it right.
Circle K: Negotiations and contracts made with suppliers don't always seem in the best interest of the store, which is not in the customer's best interest. Required supplies and stock are often unavailable when ordered or too much of things we don't need are sent taking up crucial space and then expiring.
Performance Food Group: They have no problem listening

ServiceNow: The transparency is greatly appreciated
Solvay: Great 401k program - match 6% plus 3%
Broadcom: Extremely smart and capable; Understands the market and knows where to invest engineering
The GEO Group: Generally, I believe Geo realizes the value of its people, but top leadership need to adopt modern workplace processes and values.

UCHealth: My manager and ANM are approachable and easy to talk to, they go the extra mile to help the team succeed, and care about their unit.

ADP: I really like the company values and culture, that is what initially caused me to turn down other offers to work here. I like the emphasis on W/L Balance, clarity of how many hours you have, I like the portal/workspace for all of the information that I might not be able to find WFH

Eastman Chemical Company: Learning and becoming process experts is not rewarded. Being paid the same as someone that knows alot less and that being acknowledged is not a great feeling. Expectations different for the same job and pay scale is frustrating, makes not incentive to continue pushing oneself.

Sport Clips: Culture has gone downhill and leadership seems to ignore it. The CEO is the #1 reason for this. The company is suffering because of it. Many are underpaid and undervalued, while other non-deserving team members seemed to be valued. Never understood that. I don't see the CEO changing.
