Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simply to be compensated equally to my fellow team members. Currently, I am the lowest paid team member having the same and even more amount of tasks and responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being together with my colleagues. No day is ever the same. There's always some fun event to look forward to. We have fun in our non-work-related Slack channels!
