What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are top of the line, and I appreciate our paid leave maternity leave policy (though wish it were longer in the US overall).
What makes you most happy at work?
Anything where I can scratch the creative itch and bring people together, so when a big project or event comes together (ahem, Rising) successfully after so much effort... that's the best!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, transparent, and in what should be obvious but isn't always - genuinely kind. Expectations both as a leadership team and company are laid out for all to see, and they walk the talk. They care about the products we produce and the people who build and market them, and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard, we care about the quality of the work we produce, and most importantly - we care about each other and what's happening in our lives. We're people first. We don't hesitate to have each other's back or step in to help when needed. And... we're FUN! We take that core value very seriously.
