I have had no response from anyone since then, although I have reached out for feedback. If the hiring process treats everyone like a machine then you can expect the same if hired.

Sunrun: I started out working in collections and I felt like it became very micro managed. The training between recovery and collections can use an overhaul and be much better. There needs to be better communication and processes between departments. I hope to get more experience with other teams.
Asurion: Over all this company patterns itself after other companies to act more competitive. However, those other companies are not doing well and I am afraid that if they keep copying the standards of other companies they will end with the same result. Loss of customers and good employees.
CHRISTUS Health: Be truthful with prospective employees about what they will be doing and expectations.
Asurion: Asurion took a chance on me that other companies weren't willing to give. I had the background but not all the years of tech experience, and they hired me anyways. I've been thriving since. I feel challenged, that I am improving my tech skills, and I get to excel at communication between teams.

However, the quality of one's experience is highly dependent on one's manager. I have not received meaningful, actionable feedback on a consistent basis throughout my work here.

Sunrun: Good but even with good numbers the chance of advancing is slim due to management blocking the way
TaskUs: 1. washrooms should be cleaner 2. admin staff should be polite and courteous 3. The parking area should be sorted
