What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our company needs to focus on preparing the sales team before sending them out into the field at least knowing the market quirks and market requirements for the market they are in. They also need access to title search info to save company time on regeneration due to a misunderstood property types.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our position has evolved multiple times and yet when my review came up when I was in the top 3 in the entire department the inflation rate wasn't even met when it came to my raise. Thus hard to stay motivated when I am falling behind on bills while doing a good job.
