Other companies with what I do make much more. Managers seem to have less knowledge of the company and process but make much more than supervisors.
Depends on management to representatives. Managers dont follow culture as well. Representatives love and respect it. Myself love our culture and hope the top leaders can be held more accountable.
Communication with in the company and teams. Terrible and we are always finding answers for other teams and meet up to teach them their descriptions / information is not provided necessary on policy changes to the correct team.
Salary is much under competitors. The amount of work we are asked to complete as supervisors and little knowledge most managers in other departments has is but better pay as well. Tired of teaching other managers their role. (Mine is not the same issue, but since shes been out. A lot has been scene.
