Overall experince with Sunrun has been great since I merged from Vivint.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkes make the closing shift enjoyable. We work hard and joke hard.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is a personal issue I don't feel im challenged enough or don't have the means to correct potential issues found in my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership are very invested in my as an agent. They are interested in my development and coach me along the way to eventually become a lead or supervisor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current pay does not feel like it meets my states cost of living. I currently live check to check becuse I have to split my cost on each paycheck. What adds stress to my situation is that new hires can start in my department at or above my current pay scale.
