LIDL: I like to shop at Lidl. Is always nice to buy fresh product from Lidl. The only think which is not very good at Lidl is that in any Lidl shop and I've tried in more countries the tills are not opened and people has to queue for ages. Other than this I am very happy with Lidl.

Sunrun: Despite being a large company there is still compassion for both its employees and its customers which I have found to be very rare. That alone drives me to do my best every day.

Waste Connections: I love working here, customer service is a hard position and we are given tools and different ways to approach the different hurdles and customer issues that come our way . Everyone here treats each others as equals . No one is better than the other open door policy
Ardent Health Services: I do like Ardent, but the corporate PTO policy needs big improvements. Accruing PTO for salaried employees is not competitive. We also don't get any sick time or EIB which for being a healthcare company this is absurd. We use PTO days for holidays, and I don't like getting paid monthly.
Waste Connections: When you take away all the personal talk in the office, managers ignoring your success and no promotions. The actual job itself is fine, benefits good, PTO okay & over all the job is fine. It is the other stuff that is an issue.

Humana: Good opportunity, I have a great manager. There is an emphasis on associate experience as well as genuine attempts to be inclusive. On negative side, they reorg entirely too often and there are regular RIFs including an annual Christmas surprise. These two issues cause a lot of stress.
TP: This company is very accommodating with newbies, they welcome them as part of the TP family and trained them well so they will become the best agents they can be. I am so much grateful that I given the chance to be part of the TP
