It's been okay. This last year has felt overwhelming with all the shifts and changes. I've felt like work-life balance hasn't been a thing. We definitely need to hit the goals but it's been stressful for the design team. As we have been working 110% for over a year or two.

They are creating opportunities for those who are working their butts off to be rewarded.

We have candid conversations and we work together as a team to ensure the work is done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusiveness and that we can get approval to have team engagement activities. Like team gatherings/ holiday celebrations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping somebody meet their goals and seeing them be successful. And getting to interact with coworkers in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The design team has been in the same pay range for quite some time. And I've heard there are other teams that have similar functions with fewer responsibilities that are more compensated.
