I enjoy Sunrun, I love working in the collections department i especially enjoy the recovery department we switched supervisors and im hoping that we can continue the dynamic of communication, transparency, team building so that we can accomplish our overall goal and continue being successful

I enjoy our staff meetings where improvements, challenges, and statistics of growth are discussed within our department.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with my co workers within our recovery department our communication is key and awesome when it comes to new processes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel necessarily undervalued, however i believe when it comes to opportunities available that can create diversity and create refreshing ideas internally there are some things that can definitely be improved on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although our team has recently changed supervisors in recovery my fellow associates are continuing to keep the same dynamic of assisting each other when help is needed recognition and a lot of core team qualities hoping our new supervisor recognizes, cont, and encourages that within our recovery dpt
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am on the Recovery Department of Sunrun within the collections department,we assist with accounts that went to judgment, my formal supervisor Elissa she took the time to get to know us individually as well as within a team dynamic, it created a foundation of success for our expectations and goals
