They they care about each person in our department and they are so helpful at making sure we know all the processes and procedures for our job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I absolutely love coming to work. I love working with my reps and helping them push their accounts to install. I love helping my colleagues when they need help and I know the answer to their questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are in the processes of merging the CSS's and Concierges and the new commission structure has me worried. It's not so much the commission it will be the account load balance I will have now.
