Started as an RSA/CEA. Now I'm a CSS becoming a CXPro. I enjoy working here. I am nervous about the change of not just the title, but change in what/how we are paid. The one thing I didn't like about being a CEA was how the commission checks were paid and the lack of clarity on the bonuses

Trying to find solutions to issues that arise during the day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting people to the "next step" and having their power turned on
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently, very happy with the job & pay. I am concerned about changes coming up (going from hourly to hourly + commission).
