The warehouse employees try very hard to accomadate the field personal to the best of there control

They need more experience in the tampa office. Giving people positions that they dont know their jobs or how to run a team

I love my trade. I know my job very well. I love communicating and making customers happy. The upper management does not understand customer satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I been doing my job for 35yrs. And people with no experience gets promoted. I was promised when I got hired I would make a certain amount and Im not there after 2 yrs
