Nothing is wrong, I think most people aren't excited to go to work every day

My direct supervisor is incredibly supportive and takes the time to set us up for success.

Nothing is wrong, I'm just not excited to go to work in the mornings. I think a lot of people aren't.

My supervisor and then her supervisor within the department are really helpful I need assistance escalating things and let me know that they value me as an employee.

Our team has great camaraderie and energy. I feel like my teammates are always there when I need help, have a question, or have a spare moment to chat.

I feel like I can really call some of my coworkers my friends and I love joking around with my team mates. I feel like everyone is always down to help each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live in a high cost of living area and I do not make a living wage. I'm fortunate to be married because otherwise I would not make enough to qualify for an apartment lease.
