Great, however the solar industry does not like to pay employees as much as they should since it is a new industry. However, the industry is volatile and the company has to save money where it can so I understand.

Leadership is making decisions without input from middle management or designers. Pushing for too many changes and telling workers to deal with it while hitting expectations.

Now that I am a staff designer, I am unsure where I want to move forward to. I want to be a supervisor but I am not sure if I will feel the same way once I become a supervisor
