Chaos that has leveled out. I used to do 10-20 hours of over time but that is gone AND you are now cutting my pay. How fair is that?

What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and provide an ear when things aren't moving due. Lack of communication by CSM, EMs and anyone not customer facing are the biggest challenges for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I have to take a 25% pay cut to keep my job. You can have the 6% pay raise you gave me in March instead of putting me into financial hardship
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay cuts are not going to cure complacency. The Opportunity for a bonus is just that an opportunity. If the sales pipeline is dry there is no opportunity. You have increased the responsibility of the project manager, sorry CX, and cut their pay. Complacent are those not customer facing and the CSM.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customer satisfaction which is me only goal and when I can't provide that due to things beyond my control then I am not happy. I see my group reaching out to CSM and EMs about the same issue over and over again and NO PESPONSE. That is hurting the NPS not complacent CXs
