Hard to be motivated when you feel underpaid and undervalued. QA's feedback is honestly way too often.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on their employees. Talking about being customer focused is great but when you realize you're not valued by the way the executive team fires people. Really disappointing departure practices in general for staff that had been here for years.
