What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything right now is a mess now and the company is making horrible decisions for customers and employees all out of greed and money savings but they are trying a different pitch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 6 yrs and coming back to Sunrun again and reopening office in Nevada yrs ago when we could go solar again I’m notified my hourly pay will be cut by 40% to match all employees in my position whether 2 months or years at Sunrun
What makes you most happy at work?
When we have the support we need from all areas and the support and respect from upper management, it mostly when we can go from one day to another proud of what we do and the company we work for which is hard to say right now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is my team members at the branch and remote for LV, sales reps we work with, my LV CSS’s and my manager. We are a team and we all work together all the time to make things run as smoothly as possible and we all tra

As of now with all the chaos, threats and pay cuts going on the best thing is all team members on each team that work to get solar installed and the systems producing along with keeping customers happy and showing them what a great company we are and they made the best choice going Solar with Sunrun
