I started in April of 2022 and I've learned so much. I feel like I am a great contributor to the success of my team. I love my job, working from home is fantastic. I've great co workers and a great great manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
keep the pay structure that we have, dont make us commissions, we are not sales people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
hard working people, good communication with EM, my manager makes me feel important and valued all the time!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
not liking the decrease in pay and now have to work for commissions. none of my coworkers are happy about this. some are even considering quiting.
What makes you most happy at work?
talking to customers and providing world class service. it feels good when i can schedule an installation, customer get excited. Activations - gives me satisfaction that I did a good job with that customer.
