What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no incentive for us to grow. The culture has become increasingly toxic, and there is severe favoritism.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have mutual feelings and hate the changes that Brigg and his team are trying to push on us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't cut our pay 30-40% come January 1. Keep our pay the same. We never signed up to be sales people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay us more and what we're worth, and stop dumping more work on us for less pay. Stop outsourcing employees from overseas too. Cheap labor means cheap work, and cheap work is not good work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We've worked so hard over the years to get where we are, only for you to now issue us paycuts to the point we were making more than we were 5 years ago. We are not going to take your crap any longer. Expect a mass exodus of tenured employees in the coming months, along with organizing to take bac
