Increased Compensation. Sunrun is far below the area (Lehi, UT) compensation average allowing other companies to look more inticing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in end stage collections and work with our internal and external legal teams. I could take a job cleaning up dog feces in Utah county, get on my wife insurance and only have to take a $1.00 pay cut. It seems like legal liaison is on par with dog feces clean-up at Sunrun.
