I feel at times I'm working with children and that have to be watched everyone..

We are treated like children and if you do something wrong they post in front of the whole team.. nothing is private
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company doesn't do anything for it's employees, no bonuses, nothing but a t-shirt. It give you no incentives to even want to work here ...
