Gainwell Technologies: I think my experience with this company has been beyond GREAT. I have been with the same team for 6 years and nothing has been better to us than this company. There are always opportunities for growth, and we are always shown just how much we are appreciated.

Gainwell Technologies: Gainwell is fine to work for. Better than DXC was. It's not the company to causes frustration as much as the line of business and the clients we have to deal with daily. No concern for setting us up to fail. We aren't magicians, can't pull rabbits out of our hats but I feel that's expected.
U.S. Bank: Good communication and nice people to work with.
Dave & Buster's: This is good place to bring my family to and everyone can enjoy themselves. There is something there for everyone to do.
Walmart: We have an inclusive management team promoting diversity and opportunities for anyone who works hard. Many supervisors are recent immigrants as are hourlies. It gives the chance to learn about the world beyond the borders of the U.S.
Arcadis: The team is very communicative.
Baylor Scott & White Health: I trust my team, TRUST and communication is very important.
Sysco: Not your most reliable supplier
Gainwell Technologies: They are actually a TEAM. They help when needed. If you don't understand something they are great at explaining and they actually go the extra mile if you have an issue you can't get through.
Sport Clips: The togetherness and willingness to help each other and offer advice
Infineon Technologies: Pay could be a bit better or countered with RSU's
Snap-on Tools: The manager interview was done with 2 separate managers mostly an open discussion. It just felt good

Gainwell Technologies: I love the work life balance. I love my team. It is a very positive environment. However, I often wonder about the security of my position. I know it will not last forever, and I just recently had my hours reduced. So, I feel as though it is coming.

GE Renewable Energy: I would have liked the interview to be scheduled for 1 hour instead of 30 mins as I felt I did not have sufficient time to explain all my attributes to the interviewer. The interview was very relaxed, and we had a great "down to earth", honest conversation.

Gainwell Technologies: Well, I did receive a rate increase in my pay, but I feel it was only because I had put in a 2-week notice and had a job lined up. I also believe that if the company does well, there should be incentives or bonuses that should be provided annually. There was no bonus or incentive paid in 2023.

But the work which I am doing in CalWIN for past 5 years are not up to my skill level and not challenging. It was good when i joined the project. But now repeatedly doing same work. My wish is I should do some impactful work.
