Fun, challenging, and rewarding. Have worked with a lot of smart people who are really good at their jobs. Everyone I've come in to contact with is always willing to help even if it's not necessarily something they are responsible for. Fun and taking care of the employees are core to the company.

I enjoy the challenges that are presented, opportunity to work in new areas where I am able to gain new experience and knowledge. My team and manager have created a great environment for all of us to be successful.

Clear and frequent communications on how the company is doing, sharing customer stories/feedback, strategy, etc. And they have fun while doing so.

Helping other teams achieve program goals. Also enjoy the collaboration and partnership with the various teams/people I get the opportunity to work with and learn from.

We like to have fun, enjoy talking and working with one another, feel like everyone is comfortable to speak up or speak freely. We do quality work that brings great results!
