Overall I love working at Workday. The company culture here, and genuine interest in me as a person means that I know issues I may have from time to time are transient and will pass.

A project being seen to completion. If I've led it, or just played a part.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our stock option scheme is very generous and helps put money away for emergencies and so forth.

That they are approachable and friendly. They genuinely welcome questions and try to answer them as openly and honestly as they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All ideas are treated respectfully. Our workforce is diverse, so meeting folks from different backgrounds and learning about their cultures is a really advantage of working with Workday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that Workday genuinely fosters a culture of belonging. I've learned a great deal about myself as a person, and where I need to grow from working here. I've also learned a great deal about others, and I'll always be grateful for that.
