PEOPLE are fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team is very small and supports all global M&A customers on the support side. We don't have enough resources thus all work 10-11 hours/day and some weekends to complete our work. PTO is often missed due to the amount of work we have. Compensation doesn't reflect our growth of responsibilities
