This is my first employment at a large corporation. I was super hesitant but now am only regretting not making this change earlier.

I think my salary is very fair for what I do.

I appreciate the balance between focusing on employee well being and company strategic goals. I like that they do not complete with one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much energy and positivity. If are having a negative moment, it only takes a minute to find something encouraging in email or Slack.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team supports each other. We all recognize that some weeks/days/months are better than others in terms of how much we contribute and we all try to help one another so that as a team, we are steady and productive.
