Open to discussions where people may be in disagreement with each other. No one feels bad to receive feedback that isn't positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Better benefits package than those I had previously received at any company. Speaks quite a bit to how this company values their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company talks the talk and walks the walk. The values are clearly stated and are lived by all the time. If I won the lottery, I'd still keep working here.
