Chipotle: Chipotle tends to have unrealistic expectations, with stores who are understaffed, and just barely make it. Working while sick policies tend to be abused, and pay isnt as competetive as it could be.
TP: Good for fresh graduates for them to have experience and they are probably the only ones willing to accept such low pay. Leaders would only side with clients and not care much about their employees. Company's reputation is the Renowned BPO that offers the lowest salary.
Chipotle: Truly disappointed with the direction this company is going. Greed in corporate. We care more about making a buck than taking care of the people and employees who make it possible behind the scenes. We are underpaid, undervalued, and unappreciated

Chipotle: Everything depends on your store. Location, business, the crew, the management team, customers, all of it. It’s make or break based on tho
Chipotle: Its changed alot since covid. Too much. Labor has decreased while productivity demands have increased. I feel like i work for an expensive Taco Bell. Our employees dont care anymore. Why would they when they get overworked and can make more working for Target.
