A very top down approach. There is a sudo feeling that it could be bottom up but then you realise that the change from the bottom doesn't change the main structure and that comes from the top down... From those not experiencing the main issues to do their job.

That I am not alone thinking that some things need to change in order to do our job more efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just need a seamless sales process. For instance the site audit scheduling is time consuming and results in the Customer seeing a lot of fake site evaluations as we wait for the day and time to become available (IF AT ALL). If you are unsure what I'm talking about talk to a manager in CO.
