Unpaid due to system issues. I felt demotivated because of this. Even though I am doing my job, if there are downtime issues leads to be unpaid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there is a Known issue (Downtime) Unable to access tools. Offline affects our daily pay. If we encounter Downtime we are also not paid. Which felt unfair because we work completely that day but since there is a downtime an it affects our daily pay which leads us to not be paid for specific time.
